He is survived by: his wife Lora Rouh; his children, Russell A. Rouh (Desiree), Christina Robinson, Joseph Rouh (Aubrey) and Nicole Geri (Matt); his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Bryant, Lilanna, Ciyanni and Savannah; and his friend Frank. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
