It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian V. Lockee of Franklinville, New Jersey, who passed away on October 15, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Russell and Celia W. Rowley Russell; her husband Reverend Dewey Lockee; and her sister Leona Bray. She is survived by: her brothers, Alvin Russell and Arnold Russell; and her nephew Douglas Long.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Lillian's memory to Franklinville Baptist Church, PO Box 718, Franklinville, NJ 08322 or to Samaritan Hospice, 3906 Church Rd., Mount Laurel, NJ 08054.
