He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Eugene Kirby Sr., Joseph Battle Sr. and Dorothy Battle; and his uncle Anthony Kirby. He is survived by: his daughter Braelyn James; his parents, Lilly Mae Battle and Eugene Kirby Jr.; his stepmother Crystal Kirby; his grandmother Delores Kirby; his siblings, Kaylisa Brummell, Antoinette Kirby, Christian Kirby and Falyn Kirby; and his aunts and uncles, Joseph Battle Jr., Ronald Kirby, Dorothea M Withers (Richard Withers), Joanne Rankin, Helen Durham, Hattie Battle, Denise Battle, Lynn Kirby and Carol Presley. He is also survived by three nieces and a nephew; as well as a host of cousins, family and friends.
