She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin "Austin" Foster; her parents, Joseph Mitchell and Sarah Mitchell; her siblings, Jimmy, Tommy, Laura, Bert and Sally; her children-in-law, James Scott and Karen Foster; and her grandson David Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Amanda Scott of Sewell, Edwin Foster (Shawn) of Vineland, Steven Foster of Franklinville and Brian Foster (Sue) of Franklinville; her grandchildren, Doug Scott, James E. Scott, Christian Scott, Adam Foster (Danielle), Jamie Hilliard (Craig), Steven Foster, Reanna Foster, Sabrina Rutledge (Tom), Sam Foster and Stacey Flora (Tom); and her sisters, Dorothy Delia and Catherine Zieger. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
She was a supporter of the local police and fire departments, as well as the Wounded Warriors, and would often make donations to them.
