She is survived by: her children, Christine West (Dale), Marybeth Fabulian (Vladimir) and John Jr. (Erika); her grandchildren, Jason (Chao), Phillip (Marianne), Matthew (Megan), Kelley, Dale Jr. and Richard; her great grandchildren, Phillip Jr., Mikeala, Kaydance, Jeffrie, Alexandra, Cheyanne, Zoey, Denise, Jackson and Raegan; and her sister Lilian Myers (Finan).
