He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Fenning and Ruth Fenning; and his stepmother Lenora Fenning. He is survived by: his significant other Linda Buce; his wife Carol Lee Fenning; his daughters, Tracy Dixon (Aaron), Anastacia "Stacy" Fenning and Karey Fenning; his sisters, Sue Hones (Edward), Linda Johnson, Diane Crocker (David) and Janet Waltrip (Glenn); his sister-in-law Cindy Gipple; his daughter Shannon Gipple; his granddaughters, Tiffany Fenning, Steffany Fenning, Kailey Fenning and Isabella Fenning; his great grandchild Keira Lee Fenning; his grandchildren, Shona, Amelia, Valentino Speyerer, Kirstyn, Nico, Lily Unkow, Michaele, Emily, Allison Buce and Hanz; and also, Desiree Speyerer (Valentino), Danielle Unkow (Rick) and Jason Buce (Kelly). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
