He was predeceased by: his stepdaughter Lora Jean Fischer; his stepgrandchild Shawn; and his siblings, Peter Prus, Stella Jann, Theresa Romanowski, Lillian Carter, Leon Prus, Sylvia Woods, Stanley Prus and Julian "Ooey" Prus.
He is survived by: his children, James L. Prus (Donna) and Cheri L. Prus; his stepchildren, George Fischer, Jr. (Louise), Cheryl Yap (Andrew), Michael Fischer, Carol Marandino (Salvatore) and Bryan Fischer (Debbie); his grandchildren, Michael, Michelle, Angelina and Gianna; his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Brynnley and Hunter; his stepgrandchildren, April, Lisa, Tommy, Nicholas, Sal, Kimberly and Joseph; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Mark, Zachary, Kirsten and Quinn; and his siblings, Mildred Kennish, Andrew Prus and Nelson Prus. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
