He was predeceased by: his sibling Stephen Johnson. He is survived by: his spouse Mary Ann; his children, Carisa Johnson, Ian Johnson (Carrie) and Doug Johnson; his siblings, David Johnson, Michele Johnson and Patricia Parker; and also Devoted. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
