With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Simpkins Jr. (Franklinville, New Jersey), who passed away on May 20, 2020 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, James and Delores Ziegler; his mother Juanita Dumas; and his stepfather Bob Roberts. He is survived by: his wife Penny Simpkins; and his children, Charles Simpkins (Lissette), Steven Simpkins (Jessica), Stacy Brown (Shane), Poppop, Jared, Alyssa, Emily, Hadleigh, Jameson and Brantley.
