He was predeceased by: his parents, William G. Mills and Pauline Mills (Gorzynski). He is survived by: his wife Carole Mills (Schneider); and his sisters, Helen M. DeRosa (Rocco) and Dorothea "Thea" Mills. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
