He is survived by: his parents, George Lucas and Mary Lucas; his siblings, Mary Ann Leone (Kenneth), George (Trudy), John (Linda), Teresa Kasper (Joseph) and Paul (Maureen); his stepsons, Justin and Steven; his nieces and nephews, Susan Miller (Adam), Michael Leone, Jonathan Leone (Stephanie), Julie Barnes (Andrew), Tara Owens, Jeffrey Lucas, Jillian Butchello (Dominic), Chris Kapasakis and Daniel Lucas; and his caregivers, Justin, Barbara, Tracey and Stephen. He is also survived by his five great nieces, six great nephews, and numerous cousins, as well as many friends.
