He was predeceased by: his wife Veronica "Roni" Babcock; and his daughter Debi Mankovich. He is survived by: his children, Orin B. Babcock, Jr. of Milford, PA and Kathleen DeMott (Paul) of Wantage Twp; and his grandchildren, Scott Mankovich, Vanessa Phelps, Alicia Herold, Branden Babcock and Rebekah DeMott.
