He is survived by: his fiancée Cathy Nemecek; his former wife Barbara Facciolla; his children, Nicholas Facciolla (Alexis) of Las Vegas, NV, Brittany Kellogg (Kyle) of Trenton, OH and Samantha Waters (Gregory) of Churchville, PA; his granddaughters, Ellie Rose Kellogg and Audrey Rose Waters; his siblings, Linda Briggs (Michael) of Barrington, NH and Thomas Facciolla (Mary Sferra) of Haworth, NJ; and his friends, Peter and Rich. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
