She was predeceased by: her father Ronald J. Slate. She is survived by: her mother Marilyn W. Slate (Wehner); and her brothers, Ronald Dean Slate (Annette), Donald R. Slate (Irene) and Douglas Slate (Deborah). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
