He is survived by: his sister Linda Stephenson; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gianna, Dominic and Jaxon; his sister Ann Bair; his children, AJ, Lia, Bailey, Payton and Anna Bilak; his grandchildren, Lilly, JoJo, Kane, Tyson and Jerry, Jr.; his sister Debbie Brennan (Steven); his nephew Kevin Zuckerman (Tineke); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Harper, Logan and Jordan; his nephew Justin Stark (Lexie); his godmother Marge Donohue (Gangemi); his child Riley; and also, Vankampen (Nikki), Charlie Osborn and Marc Donohue.
