It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James L Payne (Franklin, New Jersey), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on January 21, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sydney Payne and Margaret Payne (Connon); and his sister Ruth Brenner. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Morgan; his children, Nanci McMickle (Scott) of Nazareth, PA and James C. Payne; his sister Laurel Tackett (Phil) of Perkasie, PA; and his grandchildren, Sara, Shannon and Ryan McMickle. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
