It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Joann Wagner (Franklin, New Jersey), who passed away on October 12, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent William Balkau. She is survived by: her parent Olga Balkau (Finferd); her significant other Gerald A. Wagner, Sr.; her children, Holly L'Ecuyer (Mark) of Ogdensburg, Patsy Wickey (Brian) of Newburgh, Debra Muntzel (Drew) of Vancouver and Gerald "Jerry" Wagner, Jr. (Angie) of Montague; and her siblings, Richard Balkau (Dolores) of Jackson, NJ and Betty Rytter (Artie) of Ware Shoals, SC. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight grandchildren.
Elaine Joann (Balkau) Wagner, 74, of Franklin, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday, October 12, 2018, at Lincoln Park Care Center following a five-year battle with Alzheimer's disease.
