He was predeceased by: his parents, Corwin Howarth and Dorcas 'Terri Howarth; and his sister Sue Belloff. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his sons, David (Heather Howarth) and Ryan (Alyssa Howarth); his sisters, Wendy Collins of Chattanooga and Patricia Olah of Milford, Pennsylvania; and his grandchildren, Jonathan and Kayleigh.
