He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Margaret Lewis (Cahill); and his sister Sandra O'Hagen. He is survived by: his wife Donna Zeuner-Lewis; his daughter Mia Mei Lewis; his sister Doreen Lewis; and his trusty sidekick Teddy Lewis.
