She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Ofsonka and Gertrude Ofsonka (Downey). She is survived by: her siblings, Sharon Meier (Robert), Susan Dangler and John J. Ofsonka; her niece Melissa Meier; her nephews, Michael Pollack, Keith Pollack and William Meier (Brianne); her great-nephew Nathan; and her friends, Trish Egan, Ann Dey, Kathy Murphy and Kate.
