She was predeceased by: her husband Pasquale "Pat" Adinolfi; her parents, Walter Childers and Harriet Childers (Sposili); and her sister Catherine Arlene Lewis. She is survived by: her siblings, James, Walter, Tom Childers, Priscilla Thierbach and Janice Naldi; her children, Christine Pansini (Paul), Sandra Bertini (John), Theresa Mendoza (Richard) and Anthony Adinolfi (Crissy); and her grandchildren, Michael, Zach, Lindsay, Sophia, Patrick, Matthew, Cali and Luke.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St Augustine of Canterbury Church.
