She is survived by: her husband Chester V. Miller, Jr.; her sister Patricia Riccio; her brothers-in-law, Edward, Alan and Gary Miller; her parents, Martha Genardi and George Fiori, Sr.; her stepfather Joseph Genardi, Jr.; her children, Chester V. Miller, III of Franklin Park and Dawn K. Miller (Rosendo Socarras) of Somerset; her grandsons, Quinton and Trevor Socarras; and her siblings, Judith VanHouten, Joseph Genardi, III (Natalie), Robert Genardi, Beverly Devens (Barry), George Fiori, Jr. (Cindy), Jack Fiori and Marc Fiori. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Penny had a generous heart and within her means made frequent donations to the Alzheimer's Association, Autism New Jersey, the Special Olympics- New Jersey, and Veterans of America, among others. Any charitable donation made in her name is appreciated.
