He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Andersen (Alfhild Andersen) and Alfhild Cameron; and his sister Linda Dobbs. He is survived by: his wife Leslie; his pet Jules; his nephew Joe Dobbs; his sister Karen Callahan (Steve); and his nieces and nephews, Jody, Katie, Lisa and David.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in his memory to Camp Boggy Creek, a charity founded by Paul Newman and General H. Norman Schwarzkopf that enriches the lives of children with serious illnesses.
