He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Ksiazak and Catherine Ksiazak (Kielbasa); his brother Walter Ksiazak; and his brother-in-law Joseph Mehesz. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Michael Ward; his wife Margaret "Peg" Ksiazak (Growney); his children, Anthony (Gigi Ksiazak), David Ksiazak, Catherine Ksiazak and Jennifer Ksiazak; his sister Joanne Ward; his siblings-in-law, Dolores Ksiazak, Fran Mehesz, Ann, Bob Indyke, Chris and Barbara Growney; and his grandchildren, Alex Ksiazak, Katie Ksiazak, Patrick Ksiazak and Samantha Schaefer.
