She was predeceased by: her spouse Maurice Jacobs. She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Mortola (Paul) of Franklin Lakes; her grandchildren, Amanda Krakowiak (Robert) and Adam Mortola (Nicole); her great grandchildren, Alex Krakowiak, Olivia Krakowiak, Evan Mortola and Camille Mortola; and her sibling Rita Gavzy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Interment to follow at Christ the King Cemetery, Franklin Lakes, NJ In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sydney's memory to St. Jude's Research Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, TN 38105.
