He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Aretsky and Ida Aretsky. He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his children, Eric Aretsky (Melissa Eydenberg) of Allendale, NJ and Lynne Aretsky Goldman of Oakland, NJ; his grandchildren, Brad Aretsky, Danielle Goldman and Ryan Goldman; and his brother Kenneth Aretsky of New York.
Philip continued working as a physician well into his 80s including during the COVID pandemic.
