He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominick Migliaccio and Mary Migliaccio; his siblings, Ralph Migliaccio, Mary Ferrara (Salvatore), Frances Tabano (Frank) and Phyllis Glinbizzi; and his siblings-in-law, Anthony Frio, Alphonse Martinelli (Barbara) and Florence Martinelli.
He is survived by: his wife Joan A.; his children, Dr. Joseph D. Migliaccio, Jr. (Alison) and Jill A. Buchanan (Gregor); his grandchildren, Caroline, Joseph A., Kristina, Aidan, Cameron and Ewan; his sister Gloria Frio; and his siblings-in-law, Ralph Glinbizzi, Marie Kraven and Mildred Vittorio (Joseph).
In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations for the American Cancer Society and the Amyloidosis Foundation.
