He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ruth Anne McLean; his sons, Stephen and Douglas McLean; his grandchildren, Stephen McLean, Jr., Jaclyn Bassett and Holly McLean; his great grandchildren, Evelyn, John, Cate, Julie McLean, Declan, Carolina and Mackenzie Bassett; his daughter-in-law Aimee McLean; his grandchildren-in-law, Sarah McLean and Timothy Bassett; his parents, Evelyn McLean and Alexander McLean; and his sisters, Ruth Harned and Barbara Dunker.
