He was predeceased by : his parent Hermogenes Ciocon; and his brother Eugene Ciocon. He is survived by : his mother Celia Ciocon; his brothers, Dennis Ciocon (Michele) and David Ciocon (Seth Kitzman); his nephew Ethan; his nieces, Emma and Eva; and his caregivers, Anna Mara Espia, Ed De Lara and Joseph Hersheck.
