He was predeceased by : his brother Spyridon Kalivas. He is survived by : his wife Vera Kalivas; his sister Lola Mullane (Tom); his children, Tanya Kalivas (Martha West) and Eleftherios Kalivas; his grandchildren, Blaine, Georgia, Dylan Kalivas (Any), Simon and Miles West; and his great grandchild Eleni Kalivas.
