She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fowler and Margaret Schuster Fowler. She is survived by: her husband Ronald J. Loper of Fortescue; her sister Denise Ablett of Gloucester City; her nieces and nephews, John Ablett IV, Shannon Ablett, Donal McCombs, Denise Chew (Doug), Clifford Higbee Jr. (Hillary), Michelle Higbee Sheppard (TJ), Gabrielle Higbee Horseman (Kevin), Mansoor and Saima Salahuddin; and her pets, Shadow and Licorice.
