She was predeceased by: her parents, Elaine Malmstrom and John Malmstrom; and her husband Vincent Flatley. She is survived by: her daughter Dawn D'Alessandro (Eugene) of Forked River; her grandchildren, Angelina and Sydney D'Alessandro; and her cousins, Thomas M. Rulka (Nancy) of Toms River and Cathy Ann Wetzel (George) of Toms River.
