It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph D. Zavaglia of Forked River, New Jersey, who passed away on February 18, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominick Zavaglia and Maria Rose Zavaglia; and his siblings, Mary Laureti, Nellie Clark and Nicholas Zavaglia.
He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughters, Dawn and Beth Casal (Chris); and his grandsons, Tyler and Austin Casal.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (130 Cable Ave, Beachwood, NJ 08722). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House or Susan G. Komen.
