It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James R. Harrigan of Forked River, New Jersey, born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, who passed away on May 27, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elizabeth Harrigan and James Harrigan; his wife Frances Harrigan; his daughters, Jamie Lubsen (Michael) and Darlene Antico (Leonard); his siblings, Howard Harrigan, Eileen Garger and Barbara Deckard; his grandchildren, Leonard Antico (Katelyn), Richard Antico (Samantha), Michael Lubsen, Jr. (Amy) and Veronica Lubsen; and his great grandchildren, Brianna, Leo, Elizabeth, Amelia, Carter and Charlotte.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or American Heart Association.
