It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Zawistowski of Forked River, New Jersey, who passed away on December 12, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband Joseph Zawistowski; and her mother Anna Tomocik. She is survived by: her son Matthew Almeida; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Lee Almeida; her grandchildren, Bo, Presley and Cassidy Almeida; her father Loriann Reccoppa; her granddaughters, Antonia Magliacane and Samantha Magliacane; her uncles, Joseph and Stephen; and her husband Joe Zawistowski.
A reception was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Layton's Home For Funerals (250 Lacey Rd, Forked River, NJ 08731).
