She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose River (Robert Kennedy) and Forked River; and her husband William Kuiken. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Hurtt, Helen Van Olden and William Kuiken. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
