He was predeceased by: his daughter Nancy Fogle; his parents, James Brown and Rose Brown; and his siblings, Raymond, Francis Brown, Betty, Myra Brown, Vivian Taylor and Margaret Wooton.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma V. Brown; his daughter Cindy Cowan (Paul) of Forked River; his brother Elmer Brown of Bayville, NJ; and his grandchildren, Drew, Troy Cowan and Kristina Fogle.
