She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Forge and Eleanor La Forge; and her brother Don La Forge (Joseph Cherichella). She is survived by: her daughter Marnie Hook (Gary Peccarelli) of Lanoka Harbor; her grandchildren, Mike, Dan and Katie; her pet Chester; her sister-in-law Lily; her nieces, Debbie (Marc) and Donna (Bob); and her nephew Donny.
