She was predeceased by: her daughter JoAnn Popowitch; her granddaughter Sherry Ann Miller-Terry; and her siblings, Bernie Block, Sis Wadge and Dot Kappelmann.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph A. Scarbaci; and her children, Joyce Miller (John) of Forked River and Joseph Scarbaci (Diane) of Flemington. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and a great great granddaughter.
In keeping with the Covid-19 guidelines, all services are private at this time. Burial will take place privately at the Brig.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to The Alzheimer's Association of New Jersey.
