He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Foley and Agnes Foley; and his siblings, Lawrence Foley and Veronica Kitrick. He is survived by: his wife Marie; his sister Agnes Ebert; his children, Donald M. Foley, MaryAnne Arber, Jerry Foley and Michael Foley; and his grandchildren, Colin, Aidan, Shannon Arber, Ryan, Nicholas, Sean, Samantha Foley, Adam and Evan Foley. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Layton's Home For Funerals (250 Lacey Rd, Forked River, NJ 08731). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery (350 Province Line Rd, Wrightstown, NJ 08501).
