He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Schack and Ruth Schack (Maisch); his brother Steven; and his close friend Ursula Cuccia. He is survived by: his son Justin Schack; his daughter-in-law Roseanne Dattilo-Schack; his granddaughter Zoe Schack of Westfield; his siblings, Brian of Netcong, Edward (Ellen), Kevin (Donna) of Forked River, Gene (Angel) of Nutley, Janet of Toms River and Maryann of Toms River; and his wife JoAnn Puczilowski (Baker). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
