We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2022, at the age of 80, Carol M. Carter of Forked River, New Jersey, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Russell Carter; and her parents, William John and Emma Mae Massinger (Allen). She is survived by: her children, Cathy Wareham Herbst (Bill) and Joseph R. Carter, II (Linda); her grandchildren, Catherine, Isabella, Sophia, Robert F. Wareham (Robi), James Wareham and Joseph R. Carter, III; her great grandchildren, Liam, Danica, Ariana, Finnley and Layla; and her siblings, Joyce Hartnett, Susan Mattis, William Massinger, III and Robert Massinger.
