He is survived by: his spouse Patricia (Mistove); his child Eddie III (Christine) of Hamburg; his grandchildren, Nicholas and Michael; his parent Anthony S. Machovsky, Sr.; his sibling Jim (Cindy) of Wayne; his nieces and nephews, James Machovsky, Ryan Machovsky, Sue Leitner, Bob Leitner, Stephanie, Bobby, Raymond, Linda Simpson and Tom Simpson; and his daughters, Breena, Kiara, Jennifer, Reed Bingaman, Nathaniel and Sarah.
