She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jack Bellfield and Helen Bellfield; her husband Dr. Willard D Smith, Jr.; her grandchildren, Campbell, Victoria, Kristen, Erica, Jessica, Andrew, Patricia, Ann and Parker; her great grandchildren, Ryker, Elijah, Kayden, Dexter and Hunter; and her sons, Robert (Deborah Evett), Kevin (Kathleen Huff), David (Sharon Petty), Willard (Tracey Smith) and Bryan (Maggie Smith).
