She was predeceased by: her parents, Agustin Chantiaco and Fortunata Chantiaco (Almoite); and her siblings, Adela, Dolores, Lucena, Pedro, Benjamin and Helen.
She is survived by: her children, Rose De Guzman (Adam Kaluza) of Fords and Teddy Deguzman (Rosemarie Padua) of Old Bridge; her grandson Sebastian Deguzman; her siblings, Delfina, Natividad and Rosita; and the father of her children Romulo De Guzman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
