He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Hazen (Dargis) and Leon Hazen; his siblings, Pete, Stanley, Richie and Evelyn Hunter; and his grandson Corey.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Hazen (Luster); his children, Marge Horin (Dennis), Bobby Koch (Nancy), Robin Hazen, Renee Mattio (Anthony), Leon Hazen (late Chrissy), Evelyn Hazen and Cathy Heinze (Mark); and his sisters, Kathryn Dicellis (Tom) and Nancy Urbanski (Charlie). He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; along with many extended family and friends.
