He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Zawacki and Julia Zawacki; and his siblings, Leo Zawacki, Jr. and Donna Marie Zawacki. He is survived by: his wife Joanna Zawacki (Gosk); his daughters, Michelle Koenig (Matthew) of East Stroudsburg, PA and Shaun Zawacki of Fords; and his grandchildren, Gage Matthew and Isabella Faith.
