She is survived by: her children, John Velchik (Paula), Carole Winn (Louie) and Dr. Michael Velchik (Michele); her grandchildren, Louis Winn, Carolyn Little (Stephen), Elizabeth Velchik, Michael Velchik, Alison Makepeace (Conor), Cheryl Polo and John Payne; and her great grandchildren, Grant, Madison, Riley, Nicholas, Lilyana, Gianna, Kyle and Lauryn.
