He was predeceased by: his grandson Derek Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Marc W., Sherry Rosen, Leslie Jacobs, Jeffrey Jacobs, Sharon Rosen and Jill Rosen; his grandchildren, Sari Kerner, Jeffrey Kerner, Joshua Rosen, Kelly Rosen, Philip Hratko, Nicole Eldridge, Amy Eldridge, Ariel Siswo and Jon Siswo; and his great grandchild Brayden. He is also survived by his sister and her spouse, Elaine and Edward Perlstein; his brother and his spouse, Jeffrey & Stephanie Rosen; his brother-in-law.
