He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard F. Gallagher and Rita Killeen Gallagher; his siblings, Karen (Hank) and Ray (Andi); his nieces and nephews, Brian, Colin, Symon, Dan and Matt; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Devon and Evie.
